4.3.2.1 is an easy and convenient detox and slimming product. It utilises 10 traditional herbs that provide a natural formula to help remove built-up toxins from the body, stimulate the liver and the kidney, and energise the nervous system and muscles.

3 measuring cups per day over 3 days

Measure daily dose using fill line on cap provided (16mls) and mix into a litre of water, which should be drunk throughout each day of the program. The dose for each day of the program is as follows:
Day 1: 4 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 2: 4 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 3: 4 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 4: 4 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 5: 3 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 6: 3 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 7: 3 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 8: 2 measured caps of 4321in 1 litre of water
Day 9: 2 measured caps in of 4321 in 1 litre of water
Day 10: 1 measured cap in of 4321 in 1 litre of water
Ensure that the cap is filled no higher than the measured line on the cap and not to the very brim of the cap.
After the 10-day 4.3.2.1 Slim and Detox™ program has been completed, a 15-day maintenance program may be commenced to achieve optimum results. One bottle is required for each 10-day or 15-day program (different doses are used for each program – see below).
Maintenance Program: The maintenance dose is 2 measured caps in one litre of water per day. One bottle of 4.3.2.1 will provide a maintenance program lasting for 15 days. Throughout the maintenance program, you should continue to follow a calorie controlled diet and increased levels of exercise. The maintenance program can be continued for as long as desired.
Periodic Cleansing: For a periodic cleansing or a simple energy boost, the 10 day program can be reinstated as often as every 45 days.
